We use insulated packaging and cold packs as needed. Our packaging is designed to keep products cold and protected during normal transit times.
We ship with UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the product being shipped. The system selects the fastest and most reliable option.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Currently, we offer the fastest available ground or priority options based on your region. If you need guaranteed 1-day or 2-day delivery, contact us before ordering.
Open your package immediately.
If something arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe, email us within 24 hours with photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review and replace as appropriate.
Carrier delays (weather, holidays, rerouting) are outside our control. We cannot refund for delays, but if your product arrives unusable, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
Carrier weekend delivery varies by region. Most orders arrive Monday–Saturday, depending on the carrier.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot replace stolen or mis-delivered packages. Double-check your address before placing your order.
If your package was mis-delivered by the carrier, we will help file a claim.

That’s normal. Ice packs are meant to keep items cool, not frozen. As long as the product is cool to the touch upon arrival, it is safe.
We batch our production and shipping schedules to maintain freshness and efficiency. Freshness always comes first.
Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date when placing your order.
If you need your order delivered within a short timeframe, overnight or expedited shipping may be required to guarantee arrival on time.
